Shipping Policy

Every order from Sambelle ships free within the contiguous United States. Because our inventory is one-of-a-kind vintage and antique merchandise, each piece is packed by hand for its size, weight, and fragility.

Processing time

• Small and medium items (rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and hair clips): packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Large furniture and oversized pieces (statement necklaces and multi-piece ring sets): prepared for freight or blanket-wrap delivery within 5–10 business days. A carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.

Transit time

• Parcel shipments typically arrive in 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Freight furniture typically arrives in 7–21 business days depending on your region.

Fragile & antique handling

Each piece is individually bagged and boxed in padded mailers to protect metal finishes and stones during transit.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. If you are outside the U.S. and see a piece you love, email info@repoza.store and we will look into freight-forwarding options.

Tracking

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order dispatches. Freight deliveries include the carrier's contact so you can arrange a convenient appointment.
